Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide on all our available products.

Stickers are posted next day or as soon as absolutely possible. Stickers are packaged and posted in house by ourselves and therefore are quality checked by ourselves.

Items of clothing and accessories are posted as soon as production is complete. Our clothing manufacturer works off a, made to order policy, and therefore takes slightly longer. They also follow rigorous quality checks before an item is sent to you. These items typically arrive with the customer within a 2 week window.

We would never intentionally send visibly damaged or unusable goods to a customer.

Return Policy

We understand not everything always runs as smoothly as we would like. As a valued customers we, of course, accept returns on our products. However, we only accept returns on products that are clearly damaged and unusable. 

If this was the case please ensure you drop us a message on any of our social media accounts or via email to discuss with us any issues you may have. If you receive a product that has been clearly damaged in transit PLEASE ensure you take photographs of the damage before you proceed to open the package. If the product is in fact damaged inside, again please photograph it. This allows for a much easier experience when dealing with any postal/courier companies.

Once we have received the damaged product we will check the product ourselves for signs of use to ensure the damage has been made in transit and not by the customer. 

We will then grant you a full product refund or a replacement product however we unfortunately cannot cover any postage costs.

Refund Policy

Following up our Returns Policy we do provide full refunds or replacement products should there be any damages however only if there is clear damage caused in transit and if no signs of use are apparent. 

We unfortunately cannot provide a refund if, for example, the customer decides they no longer want the item or if they have installed a sticker incorrectly. Our apologies on this. 

Payment Methods

We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method as of yet. This is due to our and your safety. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, it is an amazing payment service which offers a layer of protection between the customer and us and makes it an extremely easy experience for a customer to buy online.

If you are not a PayPal user, we apologise for this. We are looking to bring more payment methods to the table in the near future.

Content commercial use

If, for whatever reason, you wish to use any of our content commercially you absolutely MUST be in contact with us. We ensure a high standard of professionalism at FVGN Worldwide and value all our work very highly. If we are under the impression a deal has not been understood and our content is being used commercially legal action will be taken.
